Why is it considered worse to harm a pregnant woman, children... rather than a 30 year old?

I have thought about this question and the best answer I came up with was a very straight forward one based on the fact that people that find themselves under these types of conditions are unable to defend themselves from harm as good as a healthy 30 year old person. The word "healthy" is also a very important aspect of this dilema. So much that theories have even been developed due to this phenomenum in which a person is more willing to "sacrifice" a skinny person before a more heavy person. You can look one of this dilemmas searching in the internet for the "Trolley problem". This problem is separated into two parts. One is based on a train that is going to impact against 10 civilians and you have the chance to send the train on another route and only kill one innocent civilian that was passing by. For this part most people chosed to change the train's route in order to save 10 people and condemn only one. The second part of the problem is the same scenario, however instead of having to routes, the train is going to impact those ten people unless you puss a "heavy" person in front of the train which in this hypothetical case, it will stop the train from hitting the 10 people. For this part of the dilemma, most people chose not to sacrifice that one person for the benefit of the other 10. Books have also been written about the correct aproach to this problem without any plausible solution that everyone agrees on.

He pensado en esta pregunta y la mejor respuesta que se me ha ocurrido fue una muy sencilla basada en el hecho de que las personas que se encuentran en este tipo de condiciones no pueden defenderse del daño con tanta facilidad como una persona saludable de 30 años. La palabra "saludable" también es un aspecto muy importante de este dilema. Tanto que incluso se han desarrollado teorías debido a este fenómeno en el que una persona está más dispuesta a "sacrificar" a una persona flaca antes que a una persona más pesada. Puede buscar uno de estos dilemas buscando en Internet el "Dilema del tranvía". Este problema se divide en dos partes. La primera se basa en un tren que va a impactar contra 10 civiles y tienes la oportunidad de enviar el tren por otra ruta y solo matar a un civil inocente que pasaba por allí. Para esta parte, la mayoría de la gente optó por cambiar la ruta del tren para salvar a 10 personas y condenar solo a una. La segunda parte del problema es el mismo escenario, sin embargo, en lugar de tener dos rutas, el tren va a impactar contra esas diez personas a menos que pongas a una persona "pesada" frente al tren que en este caso hipotético, detendría al tren de golpear a las 10 personas. Para esta parte del dilema, la mayoría de las personas optaron por no sacrificar a una persona en beneficio de las otras 10. También se han escrito libros sobre el enfoque correcto de este problema sin ninguna solución plausible en la cual todo el mundo esté de acuerdo.
